Maxson was really helpful when I was replacing an old furnace. Their price came back the best and Steve just seemed like a genuine guy you want to do business with.

Had a great experience with Maxson for my furnace replacement. They went above and beyond in my opinion. Communication was good, they were kind and respectful, and prices were very reasonable - I never felt pressure or like they were trying to "upsell". They were also very clean - put down floor coverings, swept before they left, and even took out the garbage! I was so impressed and won't be using any other company moving forward.

My furnace went out on a very cold day in December. I actually did not have to pay anything extra. I have a service plan that I pay monthly. I did not have to pay any extra money for Steve to come out to my home twice in one day. Steve had to come out twice because he didn't have the part for my furnace. My home is not very convenient to their usual area of coverage, so I appreciate that my furnace was fixed by 2:30 that day. I'm sure the travel took a lot of time that day. I also appreciate the office staff. I was able to talk to someone on the phone multiple times. Thank you!

Maxson came for a routine furnace checkup and found small holes in the heat exchanger, a dangerous situation. We decided to replace our 15 year old air conditioning system at the same time as the furnace. The whole job only took one day and we now have a much more efficient heating and cooling system. We are very, very pleased with the work they did.

I had very good experience with Maxson company. We used their service for the first time during summer for annual checkups ac/heat and also installing Nest thermostat. Steve ( the owner), came later again and took a long time to help me set up and learn the Nest app. He was very patient and made me laugh too, I like that!

I hired this company to install a new furnace , they came on time very professional , respectful they installed the furnace and replaced the existing exhaust pipe with a bigger pipe because the new furnace requires that. I appreciate there honesty and they don't cut corners and for a good price, I would recommend this company and definitely would hire them again.
