  1. Equipment must be in full operating condition.
  2. Inspections are performed 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.
  3. Equipment must be installed to the manufacturer's specifications and meet code requirements.
  4. The agreement applies to a single-family residence.
  5. The maintenance plan does not cover parts or labor. Parts are installed at the client's approval and are paid for at the time of service.
  6. At the time of service, there must be safe access to and safe working conditions at and around equipment.
  7. Agreement is nonrefundable and requires a minimum of 12 months.
