AC TUNEUP
- Inspect coolant levels and pressure
- Check and adjust thermostat
- Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors
- Inspect the evaporator coil
- Inspect and clean the condenser
- Inspect condensate drain
- Inspect outdoor disconnect
- Inspect fan motor and blades
- Inspect compressor at startup
- Check operating pressures
- Check temperature drop across coil
- Turn off humidifier/close damper
- Check refrigerant charge
- Check safety controls
FURNACE TUNEUP
- Check thermostat
- Inspect heat exchanger
- Check/lubricate fan or pump motor
- Check blower motor amps
- Check filter system (clean/replace filter)
- Check and clean pilot burner/flame rod
- Check safety controls
- Check and adjust heat rise
- Test for carbon monoxide
- Check humidifier damper
- Inspect gas piping
- Inspect chimney/venting system
- Clean burners
- Check and clean condensate pump/lines
AGREEMENT
- Equipment must be in full operating condition.
- Inspections are performed 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday through Friday.
- Equipment must be installed to the manufacturer's specifications and meet code requirements.
- The agreement applies to a single-family residence.
- The maintenance plan does not cover parts or labor. Parts are installed at the client's approval and are paid for at the time of service.
- At the time of service, there must be safe access to and safe working conditions at and around equipment.
- Agreement is nonrefundable and requires a minimum of 12 months.
